Got Milk?
Scriptures: (1 Peter 2:1-3) (Hebrews 5:12-14) (1 Peter 3:10-12)
Are You Growing?
At the moment we receive Christ as our Savior, we are born again spiritually into God's family. As a newborn baby requires Milk to Grow and Develop, so does a Christian requires spiritual Milk to Grow. A human baby is fed by his parents and growth is natural, but! A Christian will only grow as much as he or she purposefully reads and obeys and applies the Word to their life. Growth is up to YOU! There are Christians who have been saved many years, but spiritually they are still babies.
You cannot have steak when you’re a baby!
That’s how we are as Christians we tell God we want this Blessing, we want that Blessing and we throw a fit when we don’t Get Our Way.
God is saying you can’t handle that blessing right Now you haven’t Matured Yet, You Don’t Have any TEETH yet Son, you will CHOCK on that Steak!
Sometimes the very Blessing can Become a Choking Hazard if you are not Mature enough to Handle IT!!!
Do Not Miss What God is trying to Do in your Life! Allow God to Nourish you into Maturity. Then you will Receive the Mature Blessings!!
Signs of maturity: Keep your mouth from evil speech, and slander, talking bad about others or behind their backs.
Keep your heart from evil and hate. When people do you wrong, do not repay evil for evil but we overcome evil with good. With Love and Kindness. God IS LOVE! Jesus overcame the world with Love!
